On the 12th day of November, 1912, Nannie E. Taylor and the other complainants in the suit in which the foregoing order was
made, filed their bill against the Terra Ceia Estates and Millie A. Prime, in which they alleged that the complainants jointly
with the Terra Ceia Estates were the owners of the two lots, being the same lands which were in controversy in the other suit,
"that no person is in actual possession of said premises or any part thereof," and that Millie A. Prime claims some interest
in and to a portion of such lands, the nature and extent of which is unknown to the complainants, which "claim is hostile
and adverse to complainants and casts a cloud upon their title."
