Ward in the City of St. Louis, on the 2nd day of March 1973 did knowingly possess certain obscene publications with the intent to sell and circulate the same bearing the following title: BALL BUSTERS the same depicting acts of sexual intercourse and perversion in an immoral and scandalous manner contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State.
